Don't know if this qualifies, but you may want to check out V.TIE. Just noticed that company did a PP of 300,000 shares at $0.25. Placees were Randy Turner for 200,000 and Winspear for 100,000.

Before I go further, I'm long TIE at $0.30 and thinking about adding to my position.

Extras: Stock has about 2.5 million shares issued (6 million FD). The fully diluted figure includes a recent 2 million share placement at $0.30. Shares are tightly held with Randy Turner supposedly holding over 30% and May 10/99 release shows he is adding to his position.

Could be his next vehicle once WSP is bought out.

Here's another suspect EXE-tse Posted lower Q1 earnings than expected.Warn of more difficulty ahead. Closed at 5 down .70 Dont think market is thru punishing it yet though
