Now, now Count Gold, as the CIA, NSA, and Special Forces Command will tell you, there is no such thing as "Delta" or "Delta Force". Never happened. What kind of people would it take for such a unit? Where could you find people who serve and even die, in silence? Stuff like that only happens in the movies, right? A true American hero, Col. Charles A. Beckwith (and men he hand picked), is rumored to have started this unit that does not exist. Col. Beckwith died a few years ago so he is not talking and IF there really is a Delta Force chances are those who serve and served, serve or served in silence. That means that most people will never know the truth as it is rumored that "The King Mullet" (Charlie called his boys "mullets" often) and his men take secrets to their grave. That is what serving in silence means if such a unit really was or is. No awards or public knowledge of what never happened. Let's just say maybe someone knew The King Mullet. If they did, then everything would be classified, everything, because it never happened. What would not be classified is what is public information (which you will find "gaps" in). Col. Chargin' Charlie Beckwith was an American hero but most Americans never knew of him. He lived the kind of live Hollywood would make a movie about, if they only knew and they NEVER will. I've heard that what is public knowledge is enough to write a book about but that is not the really good stuff. The good Col. was a man's man and once told a President that the Col. and "his boys" thought the President was as "tough as a woodpecker's lips". How could you not love a man like that? I'll bet those that know, will never forget. MULLET BLUE
