According to the Point and Figure followers a Bull Confirmed at 70% is not the same as a Bull Confirmed at 30%. While a Bull Confirmed at 30% should be bought out right they recommend only playing the Bull Confirmed at 70% with hedges. In essence even though the Bull Confirmed is a buy signal since we are at 70% in over bought territory, we have two conflicting signals, caution should be used. Nothing is written in stone. then again what the heck do I know? chartseer
