Jaime; I agree with the short term bullishness, and it will try
for a new high, maybe even make it, but I'm saying at that point
it will also meet strong resistance. A lot will depend
on interest rates if it can get past the resistance, unless they
come down it will likely fail.
We have liquid in the cash flow, the thing I'm pointing at was
MSFT , CSCO, wcom being below the index, well csco came up
to it yesterday, now if msft and wcom can come up to it then
it's got a good chance.
------------------------------
When the smaller stocks have the index above the bigger stocks the
index is more volatile and can move up/down faster , that has to
do with the float, lots of people play small float stocks just to
get the fast pop, at market highs that's almost a sure plan for
getting hit in the head with a 2x4.
As for the index being above the big float stocks it's
good in a way for short term traders but not good for longer term
ones. While it can shoot up on those smaller cap stocks
It makes it more risky of being a blow off top, msft and wcom
need to come up to the index to take the extra risk out of the QQQ.
mostly msft.
