Obviously you are quite right. His "facts" are certainly disputable at this point. As I recall there was a notion that 2 million shares paid a landlord or something, and it was speculation and not explained by the company, I believe. Sorry, I'm foggy on where that all came from myself...somewhere! though, as I recall.
