I think it is too, Amy ... I mean, couldn't NSM be sued if they don't now get out of the CPU business and they report "big losses" the next few quarters."

Let's give NSM credit for recognizing when they are beaten and taking action to protect their shareholders. AMD has neither the intelligence or the integrity to do the same.

Do you know which products, or what type of products these are? I thought the announcement said they were just going to supply components for devices/ST boxes, but not build them? What do you think?

Yeah, their announcement to exit the CPU business would be their verbal commitment to do so.
