I haven't experienced any problems, nor have I had a problem switching the map. The only bug is an openGL driver issue that makes some texture maps like lights and explosions messed up, but it hardly affects gameplay.

And it's easy to change drivers back - the old driver should be in your C:\Windows\INF directory, or you can just download it from the vendor again.
