Well, Bernie is busy spinning off assests out of CitX and so forth. Yes, I was upbeat and he is still in the picture according to the release. However, GLPLLC that just took over the management is a supreme international established business on a global level ... I hear GLP did 15M in revenues last year. Plus they have contacts with some IPs providers and is already in the business of portal to portal business operations.

Remember, until it is a closed deal it is just speculation. Berniefrom my understand resigned before this deal was closed on. He is CEO of all the spin offs he is doing. He claimed to be bringing Intrapay into CBQ but CBQ already owns Priority One, which in fact, holds the license for the software being used by Intrapay.

I do not know what the board thought about Bernie spinning off assets ... Maybe they were not real happy with it. Need Assets to qualify for NASDAQ. They got the price, now apparently the assets and revenues not to mention the software (Reliance Technologies) the check and credit card scenario (Priority One), 10% CitX, which apparently only has intrapay, and now an established international business to manage CBQ.

Not a software guru or slaeman but a real management team with a sales force and affiliates/partners all over the world.

Heck, I do not know all the answers but tomorrow I will be making some calls.

:-)
