Right. From what I understand, 167 mil has already been paid in by PA and another 132 mil is coming soon to complete the transaction between him and the GNET officers. The shareholders didn't turn down anything at a stockholder's meeting. They just didn't accept the tender offer of $90 sent to them individually.
Looking forward to that shareholder meeting on June 17. Thanks, Susan G. for posting the notice.
But - before that - our GNET guys are appearing in NYC on June 10 for a Paine Webber conference. Maybe that will lead to some more analyst coverage - which we all have been wanting. Just thinking ahead....

So where are we now, and what happens now since it was turned down.
