yes, idtc has run from 10 to 35 very fast, but it also dropped from 35 to 10 pretty quickly, and currently idtc has a larger and more developed network, leader in voip (see deals, network, product), and revenue zooming, from where it was when it was 35 previously. the only thing down, is profit, which will benefit from the ipo. clearly, idtc should be more valued now, than it was when it was at 35 previously.

Ketan, IMO, we need to be watching as the news hit. Yesterday, as usual, mostly small retail....chat board buyers and traders IMO. IMO if it goes up on mostly 100-1K trades I think it will fall fast. Only day I have seen any real level of block buying was the day it shot up to 35, and despite the block buys it corrected considerably from there. All depends on what they do and how they do it, but I believe most of the short term upside is built in. I'm looking for 35 or may sell into any additional spike if small trades. Not sure what percent your average internet IPO spikes on first day, but internet enthusiasm is slowly coming down to earth and the parent stock here has already more than doubled, or built in the majority of of any upside based on an IPO. I suppose they could be looking at a couple of IPO's and that could change the story. The remaining investor names could be good for a more sustainable bounce but I'm leary.

Bottom line, I agree with you and hope folks keep their heads on as the final details become available. Expect that potential spike and pull-back.
