I was just told that TRAC is cleared for trading in 40 states. Unfortunately, California is STILL one of the 10 states that haven't been cleared. Still waiting and hoping for action with TRAC. My account is setup online but I have to get cleared and receive and return the paperwork.

Pushing the your limits will solve the problem one way or another:) (You could loose big time). I know what you mean, seems like you need about 250k before you can effectively take advantage of all that can be done in the market.
