Thanx Eric; My A/Ds also show improving conditions for more upside, my worry is that's it's in the "thinner" traded stocks, msft needs to move up to return the liquid to the index, until then volatility can be a risk, and a sharp down turn could happen with little notice. ( not saying it will but the risk is there ). ------------------- Bonds rates are down this morning so that should help, but they are still a threat. Jim
