Is that moral or even pragmatic? Whose setting the standard of morality?? Sometimes police detectives deal with unsavory criminals in order to bring down the larger criminal organization. Is that moral or pragmatic? Totalitarianism is nothing more than an institutionalized, political mafia, who rule their country and people according to THEIR will, not the people's. They'll provide only those freedoms that don't threaten their unbridled power. And I think NATO wants to keep Croatia out of this. But that is difficult when one of their best generals is not in charge of the KLA forces in the field. Regards, Ron
