With regards to the value at conversion- I know people here have gone over this, but if you go to the investor relations page at agouron.com, you can call up a chart on which it states that if the Warner price is between $64.52 and $74, you receive $60 of WLA stock. Based on this, I don't see how you get a higher number. The Agouron web page might be a simplification of a more complicated formula given in an official filing, but it seems very clear.
