I hope so Lew, I think the Ultra people are talking of a land deal where they will sell properties to raise money.

So, it may be the case that they are waiting for the cash, but my question is what if they sell the properties that ADA has an interest in ?

Why would they spend money on property they are going to dispose of?

IF THEY DO DISPOSE OF THE PROPERTY WHERE DO WE STAND?
