Thanks for your comments, Bill. See my earlier response on the same subject. I also get 100% accurate monthly statements, though this should be the case with any broker, discount or otherwise. While it's true that many older investors use full service brokers because they always have, and many have close relationships with their brokers, in my case, I made my decision to remain because of performance. I have a client, however, who uses a different full service broker, and who gets really awful treatment, but won't change, precisely because of the views you have expressed. Art
