Don, VocalTec owned 26% of ITXC before recent financing in which VocalTec upped their stake. Interesting note is that ITXC seems to be getting the same cities set up with exchange services as VocalTec got for IP Telephony. This is logical, and also increases VocalTec's potential profits here What many don't realize when investing in VocalTec is that even though it is a good buy alone, they are getting 1/4 - 1/3 of ITXC thrown in for nada.
