I believe that buying at this high bid has primiarly been for PHG, not the arbs. --Linda

You were right that it was the arbs who were buying, not PHG!!! The price dropped because of the additional 2 week wait as well as possible uncertainty that the deal will be culminated. Fascinating!!!

I am in the Business and I use to work
in what they call the reorganization section
Tenders, mergers, aquisitions...

I was not to familiar with the TENDER side
BuT I did call my friend and if someone should
Over bid higher price we get to exercise our Tender
for the Higher Price so we are Protected....
