Current investots may be hurt but the facts have given them time to get out while they can. Those that stay will end up paying the price because you have to be blind to think this company is for real. Exposing companies protects future investors from getting hurt and will make insiders pay for their ill-gotten gains. As to the question of if I am paid to bash stocks, the answer is NO!! This is a insult to the Truthseeker. If I was paid I would be as bad as the touts, insiders and manipulators that are pushing this stock.

Mr. Krause, why do you continue to claim that these shell deals are IPO's?

They clearly are not IPO's. An IPO, by definition is the very first (Initial) offering of stock to the public. If a vehicle is already public, as is the case in a shell, then you are not performing IPOs, you are performing reverse mergers. Statements calling them IPOs are clearly misleading and a lie to investors.

Being a Godly man I have to answer to a much higher authority and follow the Bible's golden rule; "Thout shall not lie and should always tell the truth!"
