Off Topic I remember when I traded CD futures that most Canadians had a very negative attitude about the CD. That was when the Quebec elections were coming. Don't trade commodities any more, but I see the CD is moving up now. Have attitudes changed up there? Or is it the "outsiders" driving it up? Maybe I'll put some of my BB winnings back into my futures account. About time for a commodity rally into the new millenium.
