I guess Charbonneau and I have something in common: We both sold some shares at $55 Canadian. Peter obviously saw some opportunity to make a few bucks before the stock tanked...You're full of something, and your venom suggests you have invested unwisely more than you can afford to lose.....

Ian: I quoted the ref viz Page B16 of the Business section of the Globe and Mail of Wed May 12 1999. That reference does not mention any details about Options. It reads as follows:

"Other Transactions filed with OSC, with trades in common shares and during April unless otherwise indicated include the following:

Newbridge Networks Corp. Peter Charbonneau, senior Officer, sold 20,000 at $55 to hold 28,000"

Readers with access to the Globe and Mail are requested to verify these details themselves. This will also help them to assess how incomplete or partial the earlier posting was as you so claim.

I leave it to the many unbiased readers to decide about your judgements and pronouncements.
