D. Floyd Russell, one of the key points made in the article was that OPEC countries cannot stand low oil prices ($10 - $15) for more than a year. Slider and others have mentioned before that the true cost of production in Saudi Arabia is nothing like the $2 figure so often cited. It more like $17 which makes me question this $18 ceiling idea. I'm not saying it isn't true, just questioning it.
