The thought of any acquisition at the moment does not seem palatable. All the company did was throw out a thought on a possible action. That is why planning and looking at options are always ongoing.

Give the time for the appreciation of the stock over the next few months. Allow the financing for replacement to occur or the conversion at the higher price. Let's see where the company stands at that point and how many shares are set free.

If there is a dominating factor that will truly advance the company through acquisition at that time, the attitude of all may have changed dramatically. It is difficult to see the future in the positive light due to the situation of the shareholders today.

If we are so close to finding new financing with which to pay off the PP, do we need to increase the authorized now?

Good question Suzanne.

Suzanne,

**********OT************

Can you, Andrew or any body else help me with finding online brokerage with fast access for trading. I have Schwab, but don't use them often, cause they are a bit expensive for buying bb penny stocks. E-trade is what I am using now, but I am having a hell of a time connecting to their site or to log in for trading after I am in their site. I have complained, but they have their reasons I think. Somebody please help as I need this info, an online brokerage firm with faster trading capability in the likes of e-trade. I appreciate it.
