BH, T-Man, Don & Gang:
Recently, in one of my more (and few) lucid moments, I came to the conclusion that the only question mark in FNTN's previously listed relationships was ease, cost and reliability of information transmission. It was obvious that they had quality product, but could they get it where it had to go and could they do it competitively?
They had the engine, but did they have the wheels and did they know the best route?
A few weeks ago, I e-mailed MS to see if he was aware of some of these newly hatching technologies.
This weeks news suggests that MS was once again running a thousand technological miles ahead of me.
Some week!
The Theismann news, as great as it is, may in time turn out to be of secondary importance to the casual mention of Frontier/ Global Crossing in that same press release.
You expect to find a 50 pound striped bass in The Atlantic Ocean -
but you don't expect to find one in The Hudson River.
As T-Man has discovered, it happens.
it's entirely possible that another 50 pounder may be found just a few hundred yards from the banks of the Hudson, at Ardsley - at a little, undiscovered high-tech company with a very fast moving, accommodating data stream -
and a deep, man-made reservoir of resources.

Fathom THAT!
