They are not NEW . Year to date they own 15 million shares. The info on the OTCB sight only goes to the end of April. Since I have been following this stock which has only been a week they have been buying up almost all the shares being sold over the last 3 trading days. I would estimate that they have bought up at least another 15 million since the first of May and that would be conservative.
