LG says that we made more off the Internet than all the others combined and we are not really an Internet company!

Up 11 so far this morning! Let's get up a pool for whoever guesses the date IBM hits 300, or split adjusted 150. I say Sept 1, 1999.

We aren't worthy.

Well, Ben....price now around 242 +/- with very significant volume (5B +); putting on the "Afterburners" right through the 238 resistance level. As expected with this performance, several analysts "stating the obvious," made/making target adjustments to the 260 - 290 + range.

I think Mr. Gerstner did a very nice job yesterday in pulling together actual numbers for the analysts - in summarizing & clarifying the "Big Picture," especially relative to all the other ".com" companies, and in just how IBM is "driving" this new paradigm of e-commerce/e-business. IBM's PE on the order of 30, vs. the 60+ of most ".com" companies, and incredibly higher potential for consistent & increasing revenues & profits. Some are saying this and next year "...could be one period for the ages."

Hope those on this ship are holding very tightly now - onward to 300 + ? (pre-split). Enjoy this rocket ride !!!

Very long (since approx. low point of 38+/- per share, pre- last split) and confident!

KO

Even today's 245 close does not basically change the p&f chart that I created with Tuesday night's data. Price Objective still $292.

For any interested, the 5/11/99 chart I used is posted on my web site in the 'sample p&f chart' area. Access it from the homepage.
