I agree that most of the time reverse splits are negative for a company. I do think though that this is a merger that wants to be completed and that this split needed to be done in order to make the transition. This merger will have a POSITIVE effect on the company, its future and its shareholders!!!

Hang in there guys don't giv'em your shares!
