I am not new to investing, but am still a relative novice concerning the effect of MM's on stock prices, and how they determine what their respective bid/ask prices will be. I continue to read your posts (& others) where this data is displayed. Thank you for the updates.

My over-simplistic mind has been wondering if the "average ask" has any merit when trying to consider the value of an investment such as CVIA. If I average the currently posted ask prices of the 8 MM's that seem to be alert ;-) I arrive at an "average ask" of $5.14. At least that makes me feel better about the combined thoughts of the MM's.

Is there any merit to my computations or am I out flying my kite again? Thanks for the opinion. Rich.
