"Sorta dates us." Radio carbon, there, dood, because I've never heard of them.

Then there's the Beatles classic, "Jain".

When the Jaaaaain comes,
the people hide their heads.

BTW, Ringo was in Portland a while back, and he said he really liked that song, and played it differently than any other. Which amused the heck out of me ~ I've always loved it too; because of the way he and McCartney are tumbling over each other, like water and a stream bed. Exhilarating. They're really playing the leads in the song.

Tunesmiths, those Beatles were. Love em. What skill and energy! Wowsa. Humbling, to us nonhumbles. Been a long time since I "waited for a next album" like those.

<<I liked the song, too. It was a one-hit wonder for
the Jaynetts in '63. Sorta dates us. >>

No, it sorta dates you. I can claim to have first heard it in 1983. Ok,ok, so it was on WLS when Larry Lujac was DJing.
