Hope we can get something good. Who knows maybe if they warn it will bounce. Selling on the rumour and rebound buying on the news.

Could someone explain the fundamentals of Oracle to me? The stock has been going down while ads are all over magazines and television reminding everyone that their product drives ecommerce enterprise. And now I see on CNBC that they're going to pre-announce.

I am not long or short, but rather interested in the company on a long term basis and doing some homework.

If it's just "expectation" rather than "fact,"

It is mere speculation from Maria to get her face in the camera. I bout 1K at 23 1/8 and cant wait for the MSFT trial to resume. Will hold this baby through the end of the year so y2k and Windows BS blows over. Not worried about IBM, they make top rate hardware but they can not get their act together on software. Make some good software but NEVER great. MSFT has WAY too many distractions. ORCL is a PURE PLAY for the PATIENT!

Mark, I understand your frustration but as you know from the ASND days if you believe in your company, it's products, and it's marketplace then the strong shall survive. ORCL is in major league Wall Street politics right now. Hang in there, I know it's tough...

Just remember, ORCL is installed in 90% of the biggest websites!!! And that is with a new product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
