Brian, I have already started buying back some of my core "Empire" shares this morning (along with Dell). I am going to try to average out my cost by buying over the next week or so. I think it is too close to a major rally to risk being out of MSFT shares. THe fact that IBM and Dell are still moving up and given IBM's bullish outlook, I think lots of investors will jump on MSFT shares very soon. The consolodation phase is just about over.
I plan to put in another buy order today on any weakness today. It is going to be an incredible run up leading upto earnings. I think most people worried about the trial are probably already out anyways. Now my feeling is that maybe we will get the start of the rally sooner than the re-start of the trial----Over 100 by mid July seems like an easy target!!!
IMHO of course.

BTW-- The Toysoldier contrarian indicator works every time. I just hope he does not get bullish on MSFT. <g>
