We need confirmation on this one. Someone on Yahoo said it was PC Flowers and Gifts that filed, and that it's another company.

(REUTERS) PC Flowers files for initial public offering
PC Flowers files for initial public offering

STAMFORD, Conn., May 13 (Reuters) - Online retailer PC
Flowers & Gifts.com Inc. said Thursday it filed a registration
statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for
an initial public offering of up to $40 million of common
stock.
The company said it would use net proceeds of the offering
for the expansion of its sales and marketing efforts, possible
acquisitions or investments, capital expenditures and general
corporate purposes.
PC Flowers said BancBoston Robertson Stephens, Dain
Rauscher and Warburg Dillon Read LLC will manage the offering.
The company said it granted the underwriters an option to
purchase up to $6 million of common stock to cover
over-allotments.
