I haven't followed MTWK in quite a while, so I don't know if I have much to add here. The fact is, that Metrowerks serves a loyal, but niche market of Mac developers. Windows developers basically have to use MS DevStudio, so there is not much opportunity there. I think they have diversified well with their architecture, now with Linux and Solaris versions of Codewarrior. Palm is a great beginning for them - let's see if they can capitalize on Playstation II and possible Nintendo 2000.
