I sold cause it was not acting too good. Of course they were my May Calls. But I dint recycle them into June which I planned on doing.

Great inital reaction on the NBCi deal. When the details came public, Cnet went down. I think CNet gave too much away in this deal. Only 12% holding in NBCi. If NBCi is valued at 10 Bil some day it would mean 1 billion in marketable securities for CNet. Big deal. Why does XOOM get 34% stake in the new company ? What does it bring to the table ?

The X factor of being a part owner in Snap is gone. The comparison with Yahoo and unlimited upside is now gone, I think the uncertanities of what is left behind in Cnet, and where we shold value it now will have a toll on the stock price.

I may be wrong like I am on many occasions.
