The time to buy KCA is when they report decent increases in revenues and not before. You may be late but at least you won't be twiddling your thumbs wondering why revenue growth was delayed yet again.

My hunch is that the revenues announced for Q4/99 which won't be announced until next March, will be the signal that we've been waiting for. Until then, there is no hurry.
