On April 26 we bounced off 45 to 44 1/8 and closed just under 45. Looks like 45 will be a challenge to get through. But, tomorrow we can just gap up to 46 when everyone is sleeping.

Took another look at the C&H formation. Unfortunately the volume indicator is not particularly strong. The volume decreases as the cup forms the upward part and increases on the way down. It should be the opposite. I think this is why we are having trouble breaking through 45. If we can break through 46.5 we are home free.
