The Florida-tariffed Company you're seeking is: RE:CYOE latest press
Capital Services of South Florida, Inc.
7154 N. University Drive, Suite 250
Tamarac, FL 33321
Mr. Ely Margolin, President
Tariffed as operator service provider, reseller and prepaid debit card provider; effective date 11DEC96.

This info is available via www2.scri.net; this is the Florida Public Service Commission web site.

Also, there IS an announcement by GTE (http://www.GTE.com & use their site search utility) regarding Cap Services. You'll note that GTE ONLY talks about themselves. The deal has NO teeth ... the way these deals work is if Cap Services fails to buy the estimated amount of traffic promised in the deal, GTE has no recourse. Also, I am running a D&B to determine whether Cap Services currently has the revenue to indicate whether they have any hope of generating the levels of revenue indicated in the GTE and CYOE announcements. Let me know if you want it ... depending on the length, fax is probably the optimal media to get it to you. Let me know.
