Jim...I have talked to the company a number of times over the last 6mo and the past few press releases have been very encouraging, esp the one concerning Siemens waiving the $1.4m due for the Databit acq. The company is operating profitably now and the technological expertise in billing services should gain them increasing biz both here and on the continent. Their progress will become more evident when their 10-k is released...it is due out before the end of June. They can process 7m calls per hour using their new software and a standard PC...and those calls may be made from different countries, billed in different currencies, from different time zones, encompassing different tax situations etc.... Competition has to use a mainframe to accomplish the same result. They are going to utilize the internet to offer and expand their services...that is where the 'convergence internet billing' phrase comes from. You should hear more about this down the road. Above is my opinion only...please do your own due diligence on CTIG.
