You might want to give IPG a call to get your questions answered straight from the horses mouth. You can find contact info at ipg.ca My guess as to what the email means is that they are about to offer a new property for sale and preferred clients get a first look. The back-up list for Brittany Park must refer to units sold where the deal does not close due to last minute problems with customer financing etc, and these units are then made available to people on the backup list. I bought into an IPG property a couple years ago and have been very happy with the property and professional service I received from IPG and their property management company. For anyone looking for a passive investment in real estate I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Brad
