Bob, Ed Salmon is the unsuccessful chairman of the unsuccessful predecessor company, which for practical purposes is unrelated to hitsgalore. He didn't 'put this deal together'. What he did is throw in the towel on the company he drove into the ground, turn it into a shell, and sell that shell the the chairman of HITT. If he hadn't sold his shell to hitsgalore, then hitsgalore would have just bought another shell. The identity of the person who formerly ran the business of the shell is irrelevant. A shell is a shell. So why don't you quit worrying about Salmon. He's not an interesting figure here.
