<<STOCK # 2 May 19 called before big breakout now>>> GIC up 10 since the buy signal was triggered on the 7th of May. And a a word on "anticipatory upswing" not holding GILTF through earnings was an easy decision, the stock was on a tear. Even if they had beaten expectations it would be down by now. So you can see if there is NO upward movement the thing to do is ignore it. NAV had fantastic earnings, it will be up eventually but yesterday I gave it one more chance to trigger even a pre-breakout signal, but nothing and it ended up down 1/2 and now its' still doing nothing. and then GMST which was good for no less than 3 strong trades.. You can't second guess these plays, it is only the technical indicator breakouts or pattern breakouts that trigger entry.

There is a reason for all this.. the NAV chart hit its 52 week high, rarely do we enter and NEVER hold stocks through earnings that are that high, especially when they showing signs of struggling with resistance. YUM, ANF and TAGS also had some trouble with resistance with diminishing volume.
