Glenn, <LOAX> your concern about quiet period is usually well grounded. Underwriters always (almost) come out with :buy: ratings at the end of the quiet period. I often play stocks that way, buy just before end of period and ride the announcement. With <LOAX> though, the underwriter was Dirk's & Co. and I'm not sure that their opinion will carry much weight. I don't know if any other firm will reco but I doubt it. A good short IMMHO 1/2Fast Eddie
