Oh My .... I've never seen this before in my 7 years of experience.
I have level 2 and I just saw NAVR going down to $13 3/8 and back up to 15 1/8 within just 40 seconds, unbeleivable, MMs are playing.

If you guys want to check it for yourselves, look at the low for the day.

I think the trend is down. JMO
