Jan, as you know I really don't like to gamble so that's why I missed out on most of the Internet mania. Do you remember I had 10k shares of RealNetworks @ about 25 and sold it all @ around 45-50? Now that was as smart as a fox. Don't you think??:-((
When all the Internet bulls were buying, I choose to buy some Las Vegas stocks because I thought I would rather own a Casino, than being a player. I loaded up on a few, one was Circus Circus (CIR).
Look @ it today. In just the last few months, I now have a double bagger. Now, for me to get a double bagger with amzn, starting today, I would have to pay 14? and sell it for 28?. If it goes the other way, and goes down to your projected 80, that would be risk. Don't you think??
I'd rather put some $money into a risk like Sfam. I'm in @ about 10 and I think it could go up to 30.(Amat,Nvls and Klac are having another good day, a few of the other Eqps are soon bound to follow). What I'm trying to say is, I hate risk, just like Happy hates loosing.
I think they're both the same, but who cares what I think? I'm no prophet.
Trust me.
