Bob, OK, assume for the moment that the Trust is not only real, but it actually does complete a $100 million dollar investment in HITT and receives 4 million restricted shares of common stock. There would then be about 53 million shares of stock outstanding. This now gives the company a book value of less than $2. Big deal. What is the company going to do with $100 million? What am I missing?
