John, Looks like CHKP broke through the resistance today. It had a P&F double top at $45 and it looks like it printed upwards of $47 today. I missed all of the action today as I was at Interop in Las Vegas. CHKP was all over the place....they were handing out very nice tote bags with their name on them. I do like them from a fundie standpoint. Tom Dorsey mentioned DJIA 13000 on CNBC several weeks ago. The P&F major indicator the "NYSEBP" is a hair away from giving an outright buy signal, but it is also not too far away from being overbought. There certainly aren't any hints of a BK in P&F. JXM
