Pd vs. Pt/Uranium

Dear Michael,

Thank you for your response.

I must admit I may be overly fixated on the catalyst market. I have not looked at fuel cells in detail. When do you think fuel cells will come into commercial production, and how much Pt will be used annually during the ramp-up phase?

As for Pd/Pt substitution, I think that the issue is pertinent.

*If Pd can readily be substituted for Pt, then as Pd stockpiles are consumed, the users can switch over to Pt and relieve the pressure on the Pd price. This should limit the upside.

*However, if Pd cannot readily be substitued for Pt, then we could have a massive squeeze, as users fight over limit material that cannot satisfy total demand. This is what I am looking for.

Pls note that Engelhard was buying again, and now has 7,969 long Pd positions!!!! This is a major position, and may mean FIREWORKS.

Wish I had found a good entry point.

**Uranium
This is another great story. I hope you will join me in following it.

Pls check out the production vs/consumption situation:

Similar story to Pd and perhaps silver. Stockpiles are getting low.

I like CCJ, but especially ERA in Australia. The ERA float is so small it squeaks, so if you are interested I suggest you take a look soon.

Have a great day!!!
