Freak, that's a great idea. I'll betchya we can do better than that.

If our great dealmaker hears about that maybe he'll do the same thing. I can see it now;

TSIG.com has decided to buy back 20% of its shares due to certain business conditions. Unfortunately there is no revenue in order to buy the shares so the CEO who is a noted finder of public funds has located a group willing to participate in a Private Placement.

They will put up $100,000 in a PP that may have a floorless upset point, and also may not, it's up to you to figure that one out, that's triggered only in the event that the share price is not stable for 5 days in a row, but interdependent upon a volatility index created by TSIG's lawyers so that if the share price does not move more than .00001 in any 2.75 hours on every other Tuesday for 7 and one third Tuesdays in a row, unless it's in the month of August, then the conversion to common shares can never take place and the PP investors get screwed.

On the other hand if the conversion is triggered, then the PP holders are entitled to all the shares in the float, all the shares that are authorized and all the assets and personal belongings of any shareholder having beneficial ownership of more than 50 shares unless they are an employee of TSIG.com and being paid more than $300,000 per annum.

Now that's what a great CEO would do for his/her shareholders if they had a grasp of high finance.
