Bob, ok, but how does that make the existing shares more valuable? Whay would that justify a share price of 20 or higher? Please understand that I do not see what the excitement is about the basic business of HITT, so I have never appreciated the bullish story. I have looked (perhaps I missed it), but not found the bull story for this stock.

Who would want to sit and negotiate with this group?If you had a great internet company would you want to be acquired by a lying group of scumbags?If LFT is for real they will walk from this transaction.If they too are a scam,the shares go to $0.00.
