great question. i am glad you asked. i can give zeev a bit of that ie he likes.
rmbs hasn't even really started yet. the first pc with rdram has not been sold yet. but they may change shortly. likewise no dvd's, printers, scanners, or hdtv's with rdram have been sold yet. nor any sony pII's. but this is all going to change.
if you read yesterday's statement from ibm ceo they are getting out of the memory business. intel is king and intel says rambus all the way. (when i was younger it was airborne all the way).
rambus has patent protection for the next 10 years and dozens of new patents pending. hope you get the picture.

Look at today's high end PCs. They will all be obsolete two years from now. If IBM is saying that Rambus will be obsolete in two years, well, no shit sherlock!
